WHO ARE WE?
EXTRALANDIA is a cosmetics brand specialized in making makeup an experience. Born from the creative flair of Damn Tee (Christian Filippi), EXTRALANDIA is an imaginary beauty city that, with its inhabitants, raises the name of EXTRA. Everyone perceives exaggeration differently, and what may seem little to us can be a lot to others, and vice versa. The creative concept behind EXTRALANDIA products is a metaphor for what can happen during a journey. The formulas are VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE, combining the forces of nature (synergy between the natural and artificial, which is still nature, because even humans—creators of certain ingredients—are part of nature itself).

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES
Shipping is available throughout Italy with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 business days, via UPS courier.
Costs: €6 per shipment. Free shipping for orders over €40.

RETURN POLICY
RETURN A PRODUCT / ORDER
If all or part of your order doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 business days from the receipt of the goods to exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return the product(s).
After the legal withdrawal period, returned products will not be accepted.
All products must be returned to Extralandia in a condition that allows them to be resold (products NEVER USED, in perfect condition, accompanied by their original PACKAGING, accessories, instructions, etc.).
The refund for products purchased with a discount will be the price of the products minus the applied discount.
RETURN
To return products, simply follow these steps:
Step 1 - Notify the intention to return or cancel the order
Notification of the intention to cancel the order or return the received items must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date and should be sent through the form at this link with the order details.
Step 2 - Complete the Return Form available here and send it to the email address help@extralandia.it
Step 3 - Return the items
Items must be returned in appropriate, protective packaging. All non-defective items must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive "as new," with no damage to the product or its packaging. Defective items should be returned in their packaging, undamaged as much as possible. Make sure the package is securely sealed.
Remember to provide all necessary information for the refund on the return form, especially your email address and phone number.
If the Buyer or the Order Recipient fails to prove that the product was actually delivered to a courier, all risks related to the return of the product(s) are the responsibility of the Buyer or the Order Recipient.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
Refund processing time
Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal.
You will be informed of the status of your request via email or phone.
From that moment, if the refund is via credit card, the credit will be applied to your account within approximately seven business days.
Refund methods
If you return items during the withdrawal period (14 days) and they are intact, the refund will be processed via credit card or PayPal account.
